The Viridian 100% Organic Omega 3:6:9 Oil is a highly nutritious oil perfect for everyday use. It blends omega 3 in the form of alpha linolenic acid (ALA) which helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, with omega 6 gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and a small amount of omega 9.

The natural components provide a broad range of nutrients including vitamin E (full spectrum of tocopherols and tocotrienols) and carotenoids (alpha-carotene, beta carotene and lutein). Cold-pressed and bottled in amber glass bottles under a blanket of nitrogen to protect the oil from air and light.
