Q&A on Bristol Fungarium
Who is Bristol Fungarium?
The Bristol Fungarium came from the vision of founder Tom Baxter. Initially nurturing "The Growing Up Project," an organic farm welcoming children to reconnect with nature, Tom's passion for fungi led to the project's transformation in 2020.
Evolving into the Bristol Fungarium, they specialise in cultivating the finest quality, organic certified UK-bred native and exotic mushrooms. From spores to sterile lab work, liquid mycelium cultivation to fruiting blocks, they oversee the entire process.
How do you take Bristol Fungarium?
Bristol Fungarium mushroom extracts come in tincture form, which enable a fast absorption rate and make dosing flexible.
Simply taking 1-2 squeezes of mushroom tincture once or twice per day either directly under the tongue or into a short glass of water.
What does Bristol Fungarium taste like?
Each mushroom extract tincture has a unique taste. Whilst you can take 1-2 squeezes of the tincture directly under the tongue we recommend adding them to a short glass of water.
When is the best time to take Bristol Fungarium?
All the tinctures are naturally caffeine-free and can be taken at any time of the day.
We recommend finding a time that fits your routine to enable consistency. For many this is in the morning with breakfast, but could be with a morning coffee, after lunch or early evening. Find the best fit for you.
Reishi is often taken for sleep, taken for this reason we'd recommend taking it as part of your evening routine.
When should you take Reishi for sleep?
If you are taking Reishi for sleep we'd recommend taking it in the evening, roughly an hour before you go to bed, to get the most from this fantastic extract and improve sleep quality.
